Jenis-jenis tendangan Taekwondo dalam bahasa Korea

Taekwondo adalah bela diri yang berasal dari Korea. Jenis bela diri ini biasanya menggunakan kekuatan kaki dan tangan, sesuai dengan arti kata TAEKWONDO yang berarti "seni kaki tangan". peminatnya juga bervariasi, mulai dari anak-anak kecil sampai orang dewasa. dari mulai laki-laki yang perkasa sampai perempuan-perempuan yang imut kaya gue. haha. oke fokus! lanjut! nah, kebetulan dibawah ini ada beberapa jenis-jenis tendangan, tangkisan dan pukulan yang ada di dalam beladiri taekwondo.

Pukulan 
Yeop Jireugi = Pukulan Samping 
Chi Jireugi = Pukulan Dari Bawah Keatas 
Dolryeo Jireugi = Pukulan Mengait 
Pyojeok Jireugi = Pukulan Dengan Sasaran 
momtong jireugi= pukulan mengarah ke tengah(pukulan mengarah ke perut) 
are jireugi= pukulan ke bawah 
oreon jireugi= pukulan dengan tangan kanan yang dilakukan sambil menendang(ap chagi) 
Eolgol jireugi=pukulan ke atas (pukulan mengarah ke kepala) 

Tendangan 
Ap Chagi = Tendangan Kedepan 
Dollyo Chagi = Tendangan Melingkar Depan 
Yeop Chagi = Tendangan Samping 
Dwi Chagi = Tendangan Kebelakang 
Twieo Dwi Chagi = Tendangan kebelakang Yang Dilakukan Sambil Melompat 
goley chagi= tendangan double 
sip chagi an chagi= tendangan yang dilakukan sambil melompat dan tangkisan aremaki 
eolgol ap chagi = tendangan mengarah ke atas (tendangan ke arah kepala) 
momtong ap chagi=tendangan mengarah ke tengah(mengarah ke perut) 

Tangkisan 
aremaki = Tangkisan bawah 
Elgol maki = Tangkisan ke arah kepala 
Bakat Momtong Bakat Maki = Tangkisan dari arah dalam menggunakan bagian dalam lengan bawah. 
Bakat Momtong An Maki = Tangkisan dari arah dalam menggunakan bagian luar lengan bawah. 
An Maki = tangkisan darri arah luar. 
bina maki an maki= tangkisan yang dimulai dari lengan bawah dan saat masuk ke dalam harus melalui lengan atas.
